Hello all, I have been out of the game for a couple of months due to 2 motorcycle accidents but I am all better now. I have been lifting for the past month and was looking to start a cycle in April. I have a few cycles under my belt and this is what I had in mind:
Test E 500mg/w 1-12
EQ 600mg/w 1-12
Fina 75mg/d 1-8
winny 50mg/d 9-15
clomid 15-18
Right now I am trying to lose some chub I picked up while I was hurt. I weigh 240lbs right now and would like to be 220lbs when I start the cycle. I am 6'0 if that helps at all. I was also looking into doing the diet from www.nutrisystem.com and just adding a protein shake or 2 to it since I work a lot of hours and it seems like an easy way to keep a clean diet. My goal from this cycle would be to remain the same weight or maybe lose a couple pounds and get back my definition. Any critiques or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
