Hey Im Knew Here. So Please Bare With Me. Im 6ft1in Tall And 165lbs Im A Hard Gainer. I Talk To Some People I Know. They Can Get The Stuff But They Keep Saying Different Things About What Ones I Should Get For A First Cycle. I Play Hockey And Need To Get Speed Size And Strength. I Do Train 5 To 6 Days A Week As Well As On The Ice At Night. If Anyone Has Any Info You Could Help Me Please Do

6ft 165 and you play hockey? Well I hope no one checks you too hard or you are gonna break. Just get on weight gainer and start eating more. You do not need steroids.

I Always Carry The Puck Up The Ice. But Mainly Along The Boards. Im Not Worried Abotgetting Hit I Play Hockey Since I Was Like 6 So Im Used To Contact.
I Train With A Few Russain Guys And Just Wanted To See If Any Suggesttions Because Of Offseason Training We Do Alot Of Sprints And Lifting Aswell As Daily Ice Practice. Somthing To Aid Recovery And Maximize Training To Another Level Past Everyone Else.
