36 tabs of clomid, 300mg first day, 100mgs next 10 days, 50mg's then next 10 days.

Clomid is to jump start your natraul test production. Nolva is to help prevent estrogen related side effects. Only us nolva if you need to, but you should always have it on hand.

Always us clomid post cycle, and when depends on the steroids you've been using.
