    plateau mid cycle

    guys:
    current cycle wks 1-4 dbol 50mg/day
    wks 1-12 sust 250 2/week
    liquidex .25, 2nd daily

    made good gaind in first 3 weeks ( 6kg)now seem to be plateauing interms of wt gain and strength. also loosin my definition despits my cals been abu right. pre cycle was 80kg now 86 aiming for 90kg on tbnis my first properly planned cycle.

    do i keep going, ?ncrease my sust to 2nd daily? or consider nolvadex now?

    ur advice much appreciated bros

    You're losing definition due to bloat. I'm not sure of what week you're actually in, but if you're still on d-bol you should expect a lot of puffiness. If you're finished however you can still expect some from the sust. Liquidex is good for keeping the bloat down but it can still allow some puffiness. As far as a plateau already (again depends what week you're in), you might either have fake sust or you just need to increase your diet even more.
    How many calories/how much protein are you currently getting in and what kind of sust are you using? Also what is your current week, are you saying you're in week 4?

    if gains have stopped in week for its proably deffintly diet related. that is if training is in check

    sust should always be shot eod! Also don't forget that you get bigger very quickly on cycle, and so the calories you need to grow will increase very quickly as well!

    thanks guys,

    am in week 4 of cycle. sust is legit prescribed gear.

    diet: 200mg potein daily, 3500cals

    if bloat is due to aromatisation will noladex be better thn liquidex at this point?

    Up the protein to atleast 300g i would go 400g. And increase the calories up them to 4000 and when you stop gaining increase by another 500 Liquidex or letrozole will be better for preventing bloat than nolva.

    Agreed - Food is key naturally and even more so when on cycle.

    Looks like you're going to the 200+ lb. mark - so protein should be adjusted up and I would try to get the extra protein from foods so that it adds to your calorie base.

    Give it a week like that and I think you'll see gains again.
