plz recommend a good PCT for 500mg/week of test e for 12 weeks

what would be a good PCT for 500mg/week of test e for 12 weeks? it is my first cycle. i have d-bol, but i have been told to hold off on it because of this being my first cycle.

follows pheedno's advice in the pct forum

Nolva and Clomid!
if it was me I'd of did HCG the last week before pct then did 40mg nolva for the first two weeks of pct, and 20mg for the last 2 weeks (4 week pct)
then for clomid I would had did 250mg the first day, 200mg the second, 150the third, and 100 for the rest of week 1, then 100mg Ed for week 2, 50mg Ed for weeks 3 and 4
