Real quick, 6'4" 205lbs. tested 4% bf (sick metabolism). done a couple teste/deca cycles in the past. want to get to a solid 225-230 and maintain. what kind of gear, mgs, and # of cycles do you guys suggest. maybe even length of time to expect.

you sure about 4% that is really really low

do some research
ive always been partial to heavy test/moderate tren cycles kickstarted with dianabol. run some clen during pct and you're all good.
Give us more to work with NeverEnuf21. How bout some cycle history, drug preferance etc...
