what are most BB BF% during a comp??? around 4 or 5??

3-5. Depends, some people look better at a higher BF. Losing the water when you get your BF that low makes a huge difference.

I agree. 3-5. Depends on the person. Some people tend to look much more full at a little higher body fat. Figure out where you look best at and go with it. I never trust a scale or a calipur to tell me where to compete at. I compete where I look the best. If that is one pound over a weight class, so be it. I come in where I am the hardest and fullest that I can be.
