    Depends on dose as well. 2X a week is recommended for an average 400-600mgs per week.

    Its a pretty flippin' fat ester but I would still do it more than once every 7 days... every 5 days is really the minimum I'll take anything (like Decanoate, Enanthate, Undecyclocysycycyccc... however you spell Eq's famous eseter...)... no matter how big the ester... I like to keep blood levels as stable as possible while on...

    My default answer: As Much As Possible - AMAP

    hehe, yeah, 2X a week. long ester compounds are great for that reason but they take awhile to kick in. So jump with a oral or prop.
