I'm gonna be doing 50 mg /day and I've seen some people say they take them all together and some say spread em out. Should I take these on an empty stomach or with meals? Before or after a workout? Should I crush them in my mouth? Thanks for your help

Take half in the morning and half before the gym. (unless you go to the gym in the morninig :D) Winnie has a half life of like 8-10 (not sure exactly) hours so space them out accordingly. You want to keep your blood levels constant.
