finshed my test E cycle!

my cycle was 500 MG TEST E every week, 10 weeks, didnt do any orals. i gaind almost 16 pounds.
sides:nipple got bigger (puffy) and i took everyday 20 MG of nolva.
today is my last shot, and i want to know when do you think i should start my pct? one week after last shot?
im doing only NOLVA 40 mg for 2 weeks and than 20 mg for 2 more weeks.

PCT should start 14 days after last shot of test e. You should get some clomid to run during PCT too

clomid is better for kickstarting natural test production than nolva alone (there is a never ending debate on this subject) Run 100mg clomid and 20mg nolva for 30 days until you think youre recovered
