Keep (slowly) ramping your cals on a weekly basis.In the meantime,add cardio on non training days,and even lite cardio (15 minutes) after training will help keep the BF in check.The Winny will help keep you on the lean side also.When you enter PCT,you'll need to bump your cals quite a bit,and force your body to find a set point(homeostasis).After PCT is complete,then you can make caloric reductions to lean out and show off that newly earned muscle.Til then,eat bro.
