Decabol 250

Hello. I have bought a 10 ml vial of decabol from British Dragon
It contains nandrolone decanoate 250 mg/ml
My question is: how should the dosages be? How many mg's i have to take per week? How many shots do I have to take each week? 1 or two?
Is one shot of 300 mg per week enough?
