I am in the process of possibly doing my first cycle ever and was looking for any help when it comes to what might work for me. I am a complete newbie and I appreciate any wisdom on the direction I may need to go in. I do know that I am going to be using equipoise but what to stack it with is another question. Age:31 weight: 255 height: 5'8" Body Fat %: 15-20, I've been lifting for about 15 years which all of it was geared toward sports, football mainly. I have no cycle history and my diet is pretty good, I try to keep a high protein diet with a responsible amount of carb intake but I know all of that can change with what I am going to do.
