    Juice and attitude

    Sup guys,

Question. I'm on a deca /sus and dbol cycle, though the dbol finished 2 weeks ago. My question is, has anyone
been on this cycle before and experienced big attitude problems? My temper was always short, and the other night I
got suspended from 2 of my Hockey games due to a fighting, the guy really got a good ass whipping. Last Friday I
was at a Hurricanes game and some guy kept telling me to sit down and I ended up spitting in his face, after I finished
yelling and threatening him. I just noticed that ever since I started the injections I'm just fighting with everyone and
    my attitude has gotten worse.

    Thanks
    -ravaz

Its happens. Learn to control your temper, its just the Test inside you. Sometimes you've got to bite your lip.

    Get some Kava Kava.

    It's all in your head...

When you start getting bigger-stronger, you start feeling tougher. If you were already short fused, the added confidence will make you more aggressive. Sometimes I feel like my fuse is shortend when jucing so just take a deep breath and relax....

    Feel better yet

AS may magnify your personality. So if your a good guy...you may be a really good guy...and unfortunately...we all know the types that are assholes..and become just bigger assholes.

One thing we don't need are 160lb dickheads becoming 220lb dickheads.

    It does happen.

I have watched myself and my gear buddy both go throught this.

Especially at work, where I have a lot of pressure on me at all times.

Otherwise, it is not so bad. When I run across the normal crowds of stupid people, I really don't care what they think, so I let them have it.

The main area I have had to really watch it is with my girlfriend. She knows I am on cycle and I warned her that my temper may be a little short. She's pretty much my best friend, so I always keep that in mind.

To sum it up, this is basically how I feel (before the logical/compassionate side of me filters the aggression out).

If I don't know you, care about you, or work with you, then fuck you.

(Aggression and Compassion filter kicks in...)

    Have a nice fucking day.

    Just kidding

What cracker said is true - and yeah I get much more aggressive on it - what I notice most is my tolerance level is so low when on cycle - but like Big Al said - get kava kava and calm down

BTW....I never recommend spitting in people's faces - so what if he was yelling at you!? That's stupid - seriously - I am not trying to be an asshole but that was immature - that is what gives AS usage a bad name. That's why they make these cheesy and inaacurate after school PBS specials about steroids (member the one with Ben Afleck?! LOL)

I get more edgy but I NEVER lose the ability to restrain myself. Steroids are not a license to be an ass - sit down, watch the game, and delight in the thought of just KNOWING you could spit in his face and kick his ass - but once you actually do it....YOU are the ass.

Good luck - I wasnt trying to be offensive - just helpful

actually, i find it makes me nicer to people! I always seem to be a little intimidating so i work on being polite normally anyway - when im "on" I realise that my intensity level is higher than usual so I work extra hard to keep control of myself in all situations. Not so much for them really but because I will not accept loosing control of my own actions.

I find that it is important to be nice and accomodating until the instant that u arent anymore and those who experience that are very unlikely to seek a repeat performance.

This is painfully true, words can be equally as damaging as physical volience, neither of which can be tolerated.

If you are on, you have a responsibility to yourself, your loved ones and I'm afraid complete strangers to be nice.

What happens if you lose control at say 240LBS, destroy someone that as bothered you! Time is what your'll do because sorry I was testy that day won't cut it.

You guys are right. But the situation at the hockey game deserved alot more then what I did, I did hold back. The guy called the girl I was with a "slut". You know how it is when you go to games and events, the aisles are very small and cramped up and when you are trying to get out it does take a while. I was trying to get down the aisle and this couple took their time getting up and the guy that said, "Can you move or sit the fuck down?", all I said to him was Chill out I'm trying to move as fast as I can. He went into a temper tantrum and cursing etc.. Then my girl told him to calm down and he called her a slut. I might have been in the wrong for spitting in his face, instead I should hit him a few times.

    hmmm

gear never makes me act like an idiot.i feel great when i'm on.i get a little more aggressive when i come off.maybe i'm just getting more mature or something, but i think fighting is just juvenile.i mean if someone says something to insult me i will blow it off, but if you fuck w/ my family, gf, or friends then i have to fuck you up.sad how idiots can't just keep their mouths shut so they don't get hurt and embarassed.

You know, what I find is that I feel a lot stronger and bigger and so feel like I can take anybody anywhere anytime. Thus, any chance you get, why back down? That's the kind of state of mind I seem to get into. Anyway, stay away from the fighting. If nothing else, you get hurt and not be able to train for a while. Lions and tiger and bears. Oh my!

i find that i am still overly aggressive even though my cycle is long gone. And my only way of restraining it is to bottle it upinside and let loose in the gym. When i first started my cycle, a while back, i almost got into a couple fights a night. I would shove anyone who accidently bumped into me, start swearing etc....its not worth it, just save it for the gym. Trust me you'll end up with better results

One thing if you do feel you have to hit someone use an elbow strike as the fist has so many bones etc, you bound to fuck up your training for a bit.

But seriously don't go a hit anyone.

i don't think that weed increases estrogen. it may decrease test., but it doesn't lower it enough to even make a difference. and it reduces those aggresive tendencies, which as big al said, usually leads to broken hands.

Well well well look at this my fav post. Well I understand and agree with everyone. But I am 30 and run a respectable business here, so therefore, I have to watch myself. Normally I already know I am testy, therefore like Cycle I tend to be alittle nicer to folks. But don't get me wrong when someone wants to bow up to me, then hey let's get it on. Course then my many years of martial arts starts to kick in. So I guess I have a slight advantage. Coure what Al said, nothing like a good ole elbow strike, knees are good, and the elbow has more surface area to strike, than a fist. Not to mention bones like he said. My fists used to swell everytime I would hit a heavy bag, no that it hurt, it is just after many years of martial arts my knuckles are very pronounced and swell easily, doesn't affect or hurt just swells. Therfore, knees and elbows baby. But really I don't fight, I can't remember when the last time I got into a fight.
From the many years of fighting on the street, there are ways to intimidate people without having to actually fight. We believed the quicker you can end a fight the better. You would not believe the power of what we called an eye jab. Poke a big eye in the eye or hit him in the throat, that will make him think twice about hitting you as he is bent over hold his throat or trying to see you after you have jabed him in the eye. I actually was sparing against this guy full contact he was 6'3 and I was 5'9" full contact for my black belt, he came at me I threw a simple hook kick (which isn't a powerful kick) but caught him in the throat and he was out for the entire night. He couldn't even spar the remainder of the night. I didn't even kick him hard. Funny thing is, we have it on video, and I use it to show people how to take out a big guy.
Just alittle fightin advice if you guys do haev to fight. Just hope I don't run into any of your in the club or nuffin, cause then you guys will know all my tricks..

I feel it exacerbates any existing emotions you already have. When I was with my last girl, I was on Test/D-bol and I felt awesome. I was a bit more aggressive, but in a good way. I was just more confident, as we all fell while on a cycle. I had always been that way in previous cycles as well.

The cycle that I am on now (Test/EQ), I started it shortly after me and my girl broke up and I never in my life had so much rage. I was ready to blow up at any given moment. I had NEVER had that in any of the other cycles I had done. I am much further into my cycle now, and now that some time has passed that I am feeling better about the break-up, I am not near like I was a few weeks ago.

I think badazz, that we all go thru that. I find that when I cycle the first couple of weeks my body is tryin to get used to all the extra hormones in my body so for about the first week or so, I am a raggin bull. But as I get more into the cycle and my body learns to tolerate it, I find I learn to deal with it and get used to the anger/confidence it builds. I think in your case, it was anger over ya girl breakin up with ya. haaa.. just my impression is all.. not to say I have felt the same way.. daum women.. but hey that is what juice if for, to get them back after they dumped you, when they notice you after you put on about 10 pounds or so of muscle and built like a brick shit house then they all of a sudden want you back.. go figure..

Yeah, but like I said, I had never experienced anything like that even in previous cycles. I know it was because of the situation I was in. As for the rest of what you said: Amen brotha.

About U spittin on that guy, I understand U... Its worse when someone insults someone u love. But if ure gonna kick his ass, dont do it in a crowd! Wait til the game is over and then give him a good spanking

Take the anger out on the bar in the gym!
