    time of day to take dbol and winstrol?

    What time of the day should I take dbol and how should i split it up taking 30 mg/day. My workouts are normally about 6:00 PM so should I take it around the workout. I also need to know about when to take winstrol during the day.

    Dbol is taken every 4.5 hrs throughout the day

    Winny is taken twice daily AM/PM

    i would take 10 with first meal 10 at lunch and 10 about an hour before workout. never taken oral winny.
