how much milk thistle, ala, and cranberry do you guys take

Hey bros,
Just wondering how much milk thistle, A.L.A and cranberry you guys take... im not quite sure if the recommended dosage on the bottle is sufficient since the manufactures do not recommend these dosages with A.S. is mind.

I take 800mg-1000mg milk thistle during 17aa's.
I take ALA at 3g a day. But I use it for shuttling nutrients. For liver protection, although I don't have a study to confirm this, I believe 1g should be sufficient.

That's right about what i do...I usually take around 600mg a day on the cranberry...

I take around 3000mg a day of the Cranberry. Got a bottle of 200 475mg pills at Wal-Mart for around $5...I try to eat 6-8 of those a day. Tonight my kidneys were hurting so I upped my Cran dosage and drank two large glasses of water. Within 30 min. or so they felt fine.

adding to that, the reason for putting it back to the top is for more people to see it! and hopefully youll get more help.........or if no one answers your ? and it gets lost at the bottom you can bump it up yourself!
