22 gauge
I prefer 25 gauge 1 inch for my delts and quads. 23 gauge 1.5 inch for glutes.
Delts/Quads= 25G 1"
Glutes= 23G 1.5G

If you are careful not to touch the needle to the amp where you broke it (possible contaimination) and dont press the neelde against the bottom of the amp when drawing it out (which helps get everything out). Also, having a smaller gauge will help you draw it out easier and a higher gauge will help you inject slower.Quote:
