Up coming cycles

I have 2 cycles for you guys to critique. The first one is goin to be my next cycle and the 2nd one is similiar but with less dosage for a friend of mine.

Weeks 1-10 600 mg of Test Cyp
Weeks 2-8 100 mg eod of Tren A
Weeks 8-10 100mg eod of Test Prop

What do you guys think of using HCG to help PCT? I know everyone is going to say to do the Tren every day for better gains, but I'm pretty much set on eod day right now.

The other cycle is

Weeks 1-10 400mg of Test Cyp
Weeks 2-8 100mg eod of Tren A

Is 400 mg of Test too low? The problem I have is he only has 20cc of Test Cyp and 20cc of Tren. He wants to be "on" for as long as I'm going to be.

One last question, what do you guys recommend for PCT when coming off Tren?
