    newbie question

    how long do you guys wait after injecting..to start lifting?

    do you give it a good 30-40 minutes or do you get straight to work?

    I get straight to work, unless your injection site is real sore and it interferes from doing your routine.

    I usually wait 20mins or so. Thats if I'm doing excersises for the muscle I injected.

    I find, I get a greater pump if I'm injecting, then working out.
