Lifting Experience: 2 years learnin/ 4 years serious (6 total years)
Diet:3-4,000 Calories about 250 grams protein a day mostly from chicken, carbs mainly form brown rice and yams.
Any suggestions or comments? Does it sound like I'm ready for this cycle or should I hold off awhile?
