    What can i do to stop myself from crashing???

    when i come off the juice i crash really bad could anyone give me pct for me to follow to help me stop crashing

    what exactly is the problem i think you need to elaborate a little bit on that and what is the PCT your are currently using?

    It would help if you post your current/last PCT you ran and what kind of problems are we talking? Depression? Zero libido? Elaborate a little more and we'll be able to help.

    i lose a lot of size and dont feel like training!!!! i am taking
    400mg deca
    750mg sus
    30mg of dbol 2 weeks on 2 weeks off and then when i come off i take six shots of hgc 1 every 3 days and i take clomid how should i go down the dosage of steroids ?

    dbol isn't clen bro. maybe you should've done more research before wandering off doing cycles. also, you shouldn't lose focus of your goal when you come off and maybe you wouldn't lose so much. when i come off i don't lose alot when i do proper pct and your cycles are babies compared to mine.

    Run PCT with HCG , Nolva, Proviron and Clomid after stopping HCG.

    wk 1-3 HCG (Mon, Tue, Wed) 1000ius ED.
    wk 1-5 Nolva 20mg/ED
    wk 3-5 Clomid 100mg/ED
    wk 1-5 Proviron 50mg/ED
    wk 1-6 Trib 1g/ED
    wk 1-6 Creatine 5g/ED
    wk 1-6 Glutamine 10g/ED.
    Some sort of ZMA supplement.

    Or leave out the Clomid and run the HCG from weeks 1-5. Some dont like Clomid, due to its sides, blurred vision and emotional problems. I'm one of them.

    Running HCG whilst "on" will also help reduce/prevent testosterone production inhibition.

    If you are having problems drop the clomid and deca. Run novladex for PCT and take hCG during your cycle of test with a dbol kick start. 2 on/2 off dbol is not a good idea.

    Also, dont discount that clomid has estrogenic activity at the hypothalamus.

    No offense inteded to you but his dbol stacking method probably has absolutely no effect on his PCT problem. The main criteria one should use when planning PCT are cycle duration and dosage levels (more specifically how they relate to long term - ie. more than a few weeks - serum test levels.) The fact that he goes 2on 2off with dbol will have NO effect on those levels when compared to the Sust dosage he is taking.

    To echo the other guys in the post though - look in the PCT section and you can prob find your answers.

    This is decent withought the ZMA or the Trib - waste of money on those in comparison to what else is there IMO.

    Also, why is clomid not being run in weeks 1&2????? Am I missing something here?
