Newbie to the forum but I'm just curious if I can get some good advice or tips to get me over the hump I've reached right now.
Currently only take alternative stuff for about a year such as NoX Creatine, Andro Nitrate 4, Amino Fuel, and Protein Shake but I'm not reaching the results I want.
NOX - 2-3 Scoops Everyday
Protein - 1.5 Grams per LB
Now:
Height: 6'0
Weight: 185 lbs
Bench: 225/rep

My Goal is to get a bigger chest and reach 215-225 in mass. Any tips would be greatly appreciated, just at a stage where the past two months, my body hasn't changed much. I'm just debating and researching the past month or so if cycling is the next step to help me get over the rut...we'll see![]()
