I'm about to start a 10 week cycle of Test E (500mg/week) followed by 2 weeks of Test Prop...

I want to use Clen , and I'm wondering if I should use it during the cycle, or pct.
I'm 6'3" and weigh about 190, and I'm wondering how much of the Clen I should take each day for how long?

start clen w/ pct.
avg dose for males is 80mcgs-140mcgs
start your dose at 20mcgs and work your way up. go up by 20mcgs everyday. stay at the same dose when the sides start to become intolerable.
run 5g taurine everday to prevent cramps.
drink 1-1.5 gallons of water everyday.
split your doses in to at least 2. and take your last dose before 4 oclock.
run 100mg benadryl everynite on every 3rd week of clen to upregulate receptor sites.

example:
day 1: 20mcgs
day 2: 40mcgs
day 3: 60mcgs
day 4: 80mcgs
day 5: 100mcgs
day 6: 120mcgs
day 7-56: 140mcgs
day 15-21: 100mg benadryl everynite
day 35-42: 100mg benadryl everynite
day 1-56: 5g taurine ed

also, do you think the squirt is accurate enough, or should I use an oral syringe?

if you are goin to run clen without any breaks mate i suggest you run the benadryl every 3rd week!everyone is different when it comes to clen doseage,i only need to run upto 40mcg and the fat falls off me.

u can probably buy an oral syringe at wallgreens...u can use a regular syringe as well to fill it up. u dont need to take it on the 9th week

Running clen without breaks is a bad idea... i wouldnt exceed 14 days in a row on clen and i am partial to 2 on 2 off myself. My wife who is low body fat % as it is has lost 11lbs in 3 weeks on 2 on 2 off. I use the clen with T3 myself IE
Day1 Clen, day 2 clen, day 3 T3, DAY 4 T3, Day 5 Clen, i do this for 8 weeks. with 250mg of test enth for cutting.

next time, I'll go the 2/2 route and try that.
I did monitor my BBT daily as well.

8-13 winny 50mg ed
im startn to put more weight on then id like and some bloat n water weight as well

I suggest using a insulin syringe, it being a more acurate method of measurment

Hey I got a question, I'm getting the Clen /T3 Combo, should I take the same amounts of T3 as said in that Clen Cycle above, or what? Please help, thanks =]

Also: I was told T3 is dangerous, and can shut down your thyroid... is this a high risk? Should I avoid using it? Someone please tell me the correct dosage for this, thanks.
