Ok guys. here is where I stand...

I am 28 yr old...5 10 and weigh 195...

Most of my BF is in my stomach, love hand area...

I work out 4 days a week..

I usually do one body part a night....

Mon-chest
Tue-Bi's and back
Wed-TRis and legs
Thurs-Shoulders..........

and I usually run about 3 miles on the treadmill each of these days
and then take off for the weekend..

I eat healthy on the 4 days I work out but usually cheat on the weekends..

What products can I go on to help me get to a lose fat and gain muscle...
(besides ephedra)..which I just started taking...

I dont mind weighing 195 but I am going to Cancun in June and want to be a more solid 196......

Please help and go easy on me...im new
