Honestly, at that doses you wont notice a thing. I would also advise you in decreasing your bodyfat to at least 13-15 before starting.
Throw them both out the window. Get yourself some Test Enanthate and do 2 shots (total:500mg) a week for 10 weeks and you will be set.Originally Posted by havok561

If you want to stay lose dose I would do 350mg or so. Some have made decent gains with 250mg

yeah I know, its gonna be hard not to get on it already, my buddy was telling me to do some cardio after I lift, to burn off some fat

you need to get get your body fat to less than 15% before you start a cycle. Those doses are too low so you wont see anything with it. From the way you sound, i think you need to work on improving your training and diet habits before you start a cycle, otherwise youre going to be very disappointed
can I just run 3-4 days a week for 40-50 minutes after I lift, and stay on a good diet?
i very much agree with longhorn on this one mate,get your bf down to 15% then get some test e and run 500mg weekly for 12 weeks,drop the deca and just run test!when you do reach 15% and start make sure you have all your ancillerys and pct for before you start your course.Originally Posted by longhorn814
