I am in the process of doing my first cycle. I am going to be doing a stack of test and equipose. As a newbie, what would you advise for weekly dosages of each also what should I take for my skin and post cyle to help with side effects and hel keeping my gains.

Test E or C 500mg 1-13
Equipoise 400mg 1-12
Nolva 10mg ed

For skin I would either use dawn dishwashing soap or nizoral shampoo as a body scrub. Both are proven to be very effective on acne. Don't use them on your face though. I usually use regular bar of soap to wash and than I rub a second lather of dawn dishwashing soap on my back and stomach. This combo works very good for me and alot of other people as well!

pardon my dumb question but when you say Nolva 10mg ed, I am going to assume you mean take 10mg everyday during the cyle?

ED = everyday

EOD = every other day

Most people will take 10-20mg of nolva throughout the whole cycle to block estrogen in which having too much can cause gyno.

Yea take it throughout the cycle and use it in your PCT(Post Cycle Therapy ) as well. It should bumped up to 40mg for 2 weeks during PCT 2 weeks after your last Test E/C injection. Than use it at 20mg until you feel your nuts are back. Tribulus is also effective in helping to restore natural test levels as quick as possible. I usually start my Tribex around week 10 and continue until the end of PCT.

Some people use the Clomid + Nolva combo, but I don't feel you need both. Nolva is just as effective at a lower dose without all the sides Clomid brings along.

3 weeks is the norm.

Some people will taper off with low dosages past that if their balls aren't plump yet.
