so i started lifting again today.. got a new routine.. and as im lookin down the routine.. i need to do seated rows (W&N grip)... but i cant find pics of what a W&N grip is.. can someone help me please..

wide and narrow grip, as in do sets of wide then sets of narrow or vice versa
also, this is prob the wrong forum for this, shoulda been posted in the workout forum!
