I don't think that's ok. I think..NOTICED I SAID "I THINK"... you can heat it and it will go back into solution.

This is oral... i wouldnt go heating the oral.. as for one its in a plastic bottle.. two its not oil based... shake the stuff up..

i would re-heat the shake it thats how they proably got it to hold in the first place. go to the lab forum they might help you out
