i keep hearing "have nolva on hand," and "have nolva just in case."
Why would one not just take it to be sure? Does it have a negative effect on your gains?

Some say it does have a negative effect on your gains, some say it doesnt.. I take it just in case.. id rather be a little smaller, but be more protected from gyno.. I dont want to get to the point to where my nips are sore and sensitive, THEN take nolva. doesnt seem appe****g to me.
