I really want my abs to get cut, going to be tanning and stuff like that for the women, I know my abs are there, but if i train them really hard, doing crunches and stuff will that really help?

Cardio and diet.
Of course it will, hard work always pays off.....Plus you gotta watch what you eat buddy! Some Cardio wouldnt hurt either...![]()

Getting abs is all about diet. Unless you're, well nevermind. Unless you're "born" with good genetics, you have to train really hard to get them.
oh yea i know im doing am cardio every morning and then working out at night, i was just wondering... oh yea and spring break... mmm all about the hunnies, lol
ya i figured spring break get a lot of winny question this time of year.. anyway with out a clean diet no AS is goin to help you get cut. By that i mean you're going to look like what u eat, if u eat shit then thats how things r going to look. if you eat a balanced diet then you'll be better off. try to keep the protein up and keep at the cardio, id personally stick with just the clen for now.. since with a good diet and the am cardio (on an empty stomach) will yield the results you want without throwing in and AS...

Tack on a little more cardio (20mins) with the nightly work out. Keep it moderate though, you can do too much of anything. Overdoing cardio will cause you to sacrifice muscle.Originally Posted by Boarder03
