i didnt get the results i wanted off 600...what now
how much do i need to up it...i did 600mgs for 10 wks and didnt get the results i wanted...do i need to up it to 800 or 1000 or go to 12 weeks or what???

what is your goal?

of cypionate ...my diet was good i took it wit winny and tren and shredded up even lost 7 pounds...but even wit the cyp and tren i didnt put on any weight...muscles got bigger but no size...should i up it to 800 or 1000?i wanna put atleast 10 solid pounds on...im takin it this time wit eq tren and winny

It's probably more about your calorie intake than your mg. intake.

It just takes time, nothing happens overnight even on juice. Realistically, if you do proper PCT and on/off times you could run 600mg for numerous cycles and make awesome gains. Be careful about going up too fast dude, when you start getting around 1000mg it may make you feel kind of strange, or super lethargic, sick, etc. It's funny, I've had betetr cycles on lower dosages before than doing almost too much.

STILL really need to determine if your calorie intake was high enough, and im still not sure what cycle you ran.
I know it included test, tren , and winstrol . what doses how long?
But honestly I dont think you need to up the test dosage. It could be possible it was underdosed...
Actually massacre has a thread about people starting off with to high of doese you should check it out it might be useful to you..

i took cyp 600mgs 10 wks, tren 6 wks at 100mgs a day and 75mgs 6 weeks of winny...my calorie intake wasnt high i was tryin to rip up...doin alot of cardio....i guess i have my answer huh...i still may up it to 800..or maybe just run the 600 for 12 wks!!!

focus on one goal. cut up during one period of time then bulk up during another. trying to cut/bulk at the same time is not an easy task

well i do it more for cutting i guess....but everyone says to take a test even when cuttin so i guess i should accept the results and just diet harder and do more cardio...thanks

Yea actually if you take a look at the diet forum I have my lean bulk diet posted and it helped me im averging about 1lb a week and my BF is actually dropping from a clean diet.
but then again what works for me may not for you.
