hey guys im a new member to the forum a little about me im 205lbs and 20 years old ive been working out since i was 16 and was looking for an extra boost i have been online researching alot and found out alot of useful information on this thread and other websites. however id like to know more about where i should start and maybe some starters sample cycles i have taken d-bol before when i was like 18 and it worked for me alot although after reading up online i realize i did alot of things wrong if anyone can guide me in the right direction to learn more thatd be great. thanks
