RU-486 or possibly Winny. The 486 is only an arm, you get to keep your leg.
I haven't read of anyone on the board that has used it, course I haven't searched for it either. I don't know how effective the Winny is about it either. I don't think that it is a huge issue until higher dosages of Deca though, some are more predisposed than others.

iam guessin 400mg a week of deca is considered a lower dosage?
thank god for this board otherwise id be totatly lost
i thought nolva would cure both deca and test gyno :[

Deca gyno is caused by Progesterone and the only thing i know to cure it is RU-486...but im not really sure=\
Its average. Running winny with it will cut your chances of prog-gyno. How long will you be taking Deca?Quote:

8 or 10 weeks?
if iam going to be doing sus and deca, and godforbid i should get gyno, how would i know which caused it(either the sus or deca)
also what are the chances of getting gyno from deca if iam going to be running the 400mg week for 10 weeks?
also, i would start the winni only if i saw gyno occuring correct?
and how many cc's of winni would i need, and for how long?

Well, if your taking both, the only way to know is to stop one, then wait and see...If it was me, I would prob stop the deca and continue with the sus. No one can tell you what chance you have of getting gyno from either...its different for everyone. As far as your dosage of 400mg, that is the minimum suggested by many. Is is a small dose, in some ways, but, its still foreign to your body, so your body could consider it large....if your worried that much about prog gyno, 1. Wait, consider the risks your are taking, then decide if steroids are for you. OR 2. Replace the deca with something like EQ--which is a board favorite. In the end, its your body and your choice. Good luck!
