    Broke Arm Aaaaagh!

What's up bro's. I am 8 weeks into a 16 wk cycle of prop/tren. Went snowboarding this weekend and broke my wrist. Doc says not to do any weight training for 4-6 weeks. What do I do? Do I start PCT or keep on and just do legs and cardio? I don't want to waste the rest of my juice. I could do pct now and do a 8 weeker after I heal. What would you do?
    thnx

stop the juice and start the PCT.. if you are not lifting what good is it? I would save it and use later also.

yeah i agree it would just be a waste to keep lifting. you won't be able to do much anyways just save the rest of the juice for next time.

Depending on dose I would maybe lower it, focus on legs, use nautilus type equipment for chest(pec deck) and roller lats(like a reverse pec deck for lats)... figure it out - keep workouts under 45minutes. If you start pct just watch out for swelling.

I like this advice except I would give your arm a few days rest first.

thnx for the advice dudes. My gym is small as hell and we don't even have many machines. no pec deck. I guess i will start my pct, I'm still hitting legs and cardio pretty hard though.
