scammer or not?

Its really becoming frustrating getting a good source, ive now found someone on a trade site who sells themself as a pharmacy in pakistan with 'sources' in and around the UK, when i speak to him on trade manager instant messenger he seems to know his stuff and the prices are very good. only thing is he is saying minimum order is 100gbp first time and 500 thereafter, can i trust this? payment through western union. whats my chances of getting ripped. im so lost

just cause they have a minimum order doesnt mean there a scammer. just means there time isnt worth small orders...
