I'm 25 years old and been training for 3 years
I'm 86 Kg and roughly 5'6 Tall.
Don't know my bodyfat percentage but im fairly lean as i have been training for 3 years.
I can't notice that i am gaining anything anymore i have been training hard and tried all different training techniques high rep/low rep etc etc
I have found the low reps say 4-7 of heavy weight works best for me and also consistantly mixing up my routine. I have also been having plently of protein (in powder form & food form) i eat very well.
I have decided to do a cycle let me know what you think and also what do i need to take as i come of this cycle? Clomid? if so how much?
Please comment and help me and let me know how to come off a cycle like this?

I realise the side effects of prop and stana and how painfull the injection is but i think this cycle is for me![]()
