Why am I getting no help?

I have made an order with a certain place, whose name I posted the initals of in a previous post ( I thought I read that initials were ok to post) and have not received my order.

The previous post was closed. I have pm's 3 moderators with no success. Moderators who do not have "no source checks" may I add.

This place I am talking about used to be widely talked about here and I have ordered from them before with quick shipping response.

I have done searches and there has been nothing recent posted. It's almost like no one is allowed to talk about this place.

In any event, I really need some feedback on what is going on. I know there are several people here who can help. I have been gone for a couple years, but you can search my previous posts and see my history. There are other sources here I could have used, but I really liked the choice I went with.

Would someone please let me know what is going on?
