How many MG of each is in a cc (what gear are you running?). I'm new, but my reading indicates that you should be shooting the cypionate twice a week; but, let's find out how many mg of gear you're lab puts in a cc.

So your taking one ml of cyp and one of eq every sunday? If you stay at that 300mg/wk for the cyp, I'd at least break it up into a monday/thursday injection. Check out cyp's half life on the board here. I think it's about 10-14days but don't hold me to it.

You want to keep your blood levels as steady as possible so once a week is not normally recommended (excet maybe for the longer acting nor19s like deca . Again, I'd ask some more and do some more research.

You can learn a TON here but it takes time (kinda like school, you can't just download the info into your brain).
