how often to inject EQ and deca per wk?

i myself never used either compound,i was aked by someone today if you were taking 600mg of eq along with 400mg of deca per wk, should you split up the doses throughout the wk,(EOD) or can you take them like enthanate , and only have one injection per wk?

it depends if you got prop in the cycle & need to save spots then try to minimize the injection times of the long half lives like EQ & deca lets say your doing 600eq/400deca it wont hurt doing like monday 300eq/200deca & thursday 200deca/300eq.

From personal Experince with my last cycle i had alot of injections to do so i had to save spots so i did test E 500mg in shot with same results so i dont see any harm from shooting it just once.

I would shoot the deca and eq twice a week ..... and if u are using prop then ED for the prop

i like prop EOD i cant take the every day injections, it get to painfull and my lifts suffer

Sust nice to see you again. The best thing to do is take the advice above and combine it. Due to such a short half-life of Prop its optimal to shoot it ED but EOD will do just fine. I would combine all 3 in 1 syringe and shoot them all EOD. If you decide to get rid of the Prop and exchange it with a longer ester then you can inject every 3 days.............
