Winestral Veca?

I was reading about a police officer who killed another officer and it mentioned "Winestral Veca" ...which seems similar to Winny. Here is the context it was taken from:

"When police searched the basement bathroom in his brother's home, they found an empty bottle of Trazadone, an antidepressant, and Winestral Veca, known as Win-V to body builders, a synthetic growth hormone . It's not clear if Diaz was taking any of the drugs on the day of the murder because police are still waiting for the toxicology report."

Anyone know exactly what this is?
