what should i do?
Hello,
I'm 6"-0" Athletic build 185lb+ @ 14.2% BF----- Wanting 195lb @ 8% BF and abs
I want to cut up were my abs come out, plus gain some nice lean mass in the process. I don't really care about strength.
I like (Fina) Trenbolone Acetate and what is can offer. What should i do?

do some research first. seems like you could use some good reading. look into test prop, tren , winny.

yeah u def need to do some research before starting anything, tren is not recommend for beginners, and it really needs to be stacked with test

Week 1-12 (Prop) 50-100mg every other day. It lowers water retention, also a increase in energy, a better pump, an increased appetite, and a slight strength gain.
Week 2-10 (Fina) 75mg every other day
Week 5-10 (Winn) 50mg tabs everyday
Week 13-15 (Nolv) 20mg every day. It Blocks the es-trogen receptors of the effected body tissue, thereby inhibiting a bonding of estrogens and receptor
Week 12-15 (clom) 3 day after my last shot of prop. 300mg the first day of therapy and 100mg every day after that. Clom is synthetic estrogen it also works as an anti-estrogen

i'd run the prop for atleast 2wks past the tren

If you really want to run a cutting cycle as your first, drop the fina.

is this your first cycle? If so, definitely do NOT run tren in your first cycle. It can have some really harsh sides and you need to see how you react to test first

what did you weigh when you started cycling, must have weighed like 145lb? Damn that was straight on juice wasn't it? You did not build any foundation at all?

perfect cycle
eat like a mother ****er. i 195 is not much weight...stack some chicken with more protein and for an extra kick add complex carbs.
