The mg amount includes the esters weight. Test cyp and e have very heavy esters, while prop is rather light, and suspensions is non-existent. So subtracting the ester's weight you can see that test cyp would yield less actual testosterone than test prop would. This isnt a problem at all, and can be easily overcome with dosage adjustments anyway. Test is test, but the ester & injection frequency determines how it will build up in your blood. Suspension, for example, causes a very rapid increase in test levels and much is converted to estradiol. Prop is rather nice in this regard, as not as much is converted to estradiol, hence its recommendation for cutting.
