    Nolva for blood lipids?

    How important is it to supplement with nolva when using an anti aromatase?
    I just started taking 10mg of nolva ed. I am on 400mg test e per week and .5mg of liquidex ed.

    I know as a weak synthetic estrogen nolvadex is good for lipid profiles but can I get away w/o using it, or is it really beneficial from a health standpoint?
