Im 43, 5foot 6 175 pounds been working out for 2 years 3 to 4 times a week, ive seem to hit a wall, my friend wants me to do a 10 week cycle with him, 100 mgs sustanol twice a week, i dont want to get huge but i do want to get a lot bigger than i am , at 43 its not that easy, Does this sound like a safe amount, the other reason i dont want to do more is i am a recovering alcoholic and stopped drinking 4 years ago, when i stopped i started having panic attacks, so i had to watch what i eat and drink no more coffee, and watch the sugar, will this make me jittery or nervous, and will it effect my sleep, i would love all the help i can get ...............thanks.. the new guy...
