well depends on how much juice you are doing and also if you are prone to gyno. If you are prone you can take 10 -20mg Nolvadex ED while you are on cycle, or you can not do anything and if you get the symptoms then you can do the Nolvadex.

yeah I started 3 wks ago. and just very curious about the knots I went to web md and looked around but the only thing I found was possibly cysts
my gym buddy told me it was probably bitchtitts and yeah 4%

And you dont have any PCT planned or even know what that is ? I would get some Nolvadex and Letro ASAP and get that shit under control or you will be facing a scalple in the not to distant future. Its a fair bet that the Dbol is causing the problem as well. If I was you I would drop it from the cycle. This is exactly why you should only do one compound on your first cycle bacuse you dont really know what is causing the side effects.

Oh dear !!! I will never ever understand why people would inject shit into there bodies with no clue what the hell they are doing to themselves. When you juice you are loading the system with synthetic Testosterone. This means the natural production of your Test stops !!!! Test is the thing that gives you your sex drive among other things. So when you stop injecting your normal Test production needs help to restart. It will probably restart naturally but it will take a lot longer without help. PCT (Post Cycle Therapy) is the help. So depending on the gear you are taking deternines when you start PCT. In your case it will be 14 days after your last shot of Test E. You then need to take 100mg of Clomid and 40mg of Nolvadex ED for 30 days. This will help your system to restart.
