sup guys, im new to this message board. im 20 yrs old 208lbs 6' about 15%bf and have not taken steroids yet. I squat 315 for 10 reps, bench 275 for 10 reps with quality form. Ive been training for almost 2 years and I am going to start taking protein shots within the next couple weeks. I ordered deca and a testosterone. Any advice?
