what are your stats first off? you sound like you need some more research on how to cycle...
Lots and lots of joint support compounds.
Winstrol kills your joints.

my first cycle that included winny I didn't notice joint pain, but I'm 23 and don't do anything high impact. my lifting felt the same. I'll be doing 4-5weeks of winning again for my current cycle I'll tell ya how I feel after it
thats kinda short bro, it would be more cost effective to run it at least 8 weeks. btw i always thought it was a good idea to combine drugs like winny with strong mass builders like test kickstarted with dbol.
