mixing the wrong stuff

hello

I am doing test p 500mg/week ed injection
and test e 500mg/week mon and thurs injections
and today I was going to shoot 100 mg of test p
I was nervous because the lady that cleans my house was there so I went to the bathroom I think I mix test P and test E again like I did yesterday 100mg P and 250mg E
my question is my next test e shoot is on thursday what can I do on this situation.??

any help on this guys

if i'm understanding this correctly....you have already done your 2 E shots this week...in which case you already have your 500mg

wait til next week, the ester will last long enough

ok I shoot yesterday Test E and Test p, and today I did it again shoot the same thing
what can I do I was suposed to do it on thursday the test e not today but I get real nervous and did the mistake

shoot the prop as you are next scheduled to and hold the test e until next monday...you may have a spike in levels, but should be fine until then...

should I just wait for my next Test E injection next week and just continue normal with the test P ed injection ??
