I got my sister some Clenbuterol.
She's going to be doing approximately 40- 60 mcg. She was told and read on a few forums to take taurine and Potassium and a few other things.
Could anyone suggest what else she should take and how much taurine and potassium she should be taking each day

Not sure about a woman but I take 2-5grams of taurine/day with Clen to relieve cramps. I eat bananas for potassium.
She picked up powder taurine, has anyone tried it and whats it good to mix it with?

I take a 4 500mg multi mineral supplements and 2000mg taurine for the cramps. other than that my diet cleans up the rest
You can help avoid Muscle cramps by drinking at least a gallon or more of water.... also supplement with potassium 200 - 400 mg (I still eat bananas oranges etc. as well) and Taurine at 2-5grams.
Usually a 500-1000mgs will relieve basic muscle cramping. If you still experience that annoying lock-jaw cramping, or that bizarre pain between the rectum and sex organs increase by 500mgs until it subsides.
For the faint of heart go straight to 2gms ED, which is what most people who've experienced the above do.
Tablets are obviously much quicker and easier, but if you have the powder mix it in anything you please (juice, shake, water, etc.).
