Im going to be running
E.Q @ 400mg/day for 12weeks
Winny @ 50mg/day 10-14weeks
Nolavadex on hand
Arimidex (need to know how much to use on this cycle?)
Clomid post cycle

My goal on this cycle is not to put on any weight since I am going for cuts. My diet is going to be at 2000cals per day, 180grms of carbs, 250-300 grams of protein.

winny for 10 weeks? ouch bro, your liver is gonna be screamin for that one to be over. or did you mean weeks 10-14?

eq 400mg/week weeks 1-10
test enan 500mg week 1-10
winny 50mg ed weeks 8-12(13)
arimidex .5mg ed throughout test /eq
have an anti-e and your clomid on hand before you start.

ok i understand now...........
eq does aromitize to estrogen but at an extremely low rate. at the dosage you are using, i see no need for the ari. unless youre using it for some cutting purpose. to shed water or something like that.

.25mg/d is fine on the arimidex and it will help you burn fat b/c the presence of estrogen inhibits lipolysis to a large degree.

The anastrozole can obviously help with cutting, but I don't think the Nolva is necessary. Why not try anavar in the first 4 weeks to kick start it? Then your liver gets 6 weeks before the winny.
